You do not need to be fit or experienced, but you must be able to get on and off the floor independently.

What to Expect

A relaxed, practical and education-led workshop focused on improving movement quality, posture, breathing and core control.

You’ll be guided through simple exercises while learning more about how your body moves, where compensations may be occurring, and how to build stronger foundations moving forward.
