About me
Hi there, I'm Jenny.
My Pilates journey started with a back injury, I discovered the gentle yet powerful world of Pilates for my own rehabilitation. With cautious beginnings, I gradually embraced Pilates and witnessed remarkable progress. Inspired by my own journey, I became a certified Pilates Teacher in 2019.
Whilst working in my Physio Technician job with NHS Highland, I realised the benefits of incorporating Pilates into treatment plans. I also became more aware of the increasing number of patients presenting with incontinence and prolapse issues and the fear they had of exercising with these symptoms.
I researched this to find a more gentle way to reprogramme the core muscle groups and found Hypopressives.

Hypopressives
Breathing and movement
Breathing and movement patterns used to reduce intra abdominal pressure and help with core muscle reprogramming.
Helps to reduce and prevent symptoms of prolapse, incontinence, pelvic floor issues and diastasis recti. Also helps with general posture and core control.
This class is a gentle reminder that just because it’s common does not mean it’s normal.
