Hypopressives

 What are  Hypopressives?

Hypopressives use gentle breathing and movement patterns to reduce intra-abdominal pressure and retrain deep core function.

Each session focuses on reconnecting the diaphragm, abdominals, and pelvic floor — restoring natural balance, coordination, and control through subtle, precise movements. Over time, this enhances posture, breathing, and overall body awareness.

• Reduce and prevent symptoms of prolapse, incontinence, and diastasis recti


• Support postnatal and post-surgical recovery

 

• Improve core stability and pelvic floor strength


• Enhance breathing efficiency and postural alignment

As this is a specialist programme, an individual assessment is required before joining a class to ensure it’s appropriate for your needs.
