Welcome to our One-on-One Pilates sessions. Here, you will receive personalised attention and tailored plans designed to meet your unique Pilates goals. Jenny will guide you through each movement, ensuring proper form and maximising your results. Join me to enhance your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
We will work together to assess and develop a Pilates based plan tailored to you and your body's needs.
We will focus on what you need to improve your core strength, work on muscle dysfunction and movement patterns.

One to one sessions are held at Atlantis Leisure, Oban.
Sessions are available on Mondays and Fridays, times to be confirmed.
